Accreditation Retreat

The Leadership Resilience Group invites professionals to explore an unparalleled transformational leadership experience needed to cultivate excellence for the future.

In small group settings, participants will be guided through a series of experiential activities designed to ignite deep insight into their own leadership potential and current levels of resilience.  The residential will also accredit participants to administer the newly developed Leadership Resilience Tool (LRT 360) ™. The dual focus of the program means that participants can customize their experience to fit with their own organisation’s objectives and introduce cutting-edge leadership and resilience practices that will make a difference to a wider community.

The content and models outlined above provide the underpinning theories and research upon which the leadership resilience tool has been developed. Participants accredited in the LRT 360 will be qualified to support individuals and teams to cultivate greater levels of resilience and will be equipped to do so by first exploring their own deeper capacities to endure, change and grow.

Residential Series

This program is the first in our residential series for 2022.
Participants who attend will also be welcome to register for a 3-day retreat in June to become accredited in the use of the Quintessential Change Model™ and/or a retreat in September to become accredited in the Integral Leadership and Management Wheel (ILMW 360).
