Nick’s passion is helping people find the courage to grow. It his conviction that resilience and self-belief are the foundations required for leaders to work towards the realisation of their potential. Whether developing a leadership program, working as an executive coach, or teaching into a postgraduate business qualification he seeks to help people develop a deeper understanding of who they are and how they can best meet the challenges and opportunities they are facing into.

Nick’s experience includes working with a range of organisations to identify and address specific learning needs aligned to corporate strategy. His clients come from diverse sectors such as health-care, government, technology and financial services. The application of learning into organisations, and the translation of theory into practice, is a capacity Nick has developed further through his role as an associate with both Swinburne and Monash Universities.

In order to enhance his ability to work effectively with organizations Nick has completed numerous qualifications at both vocational and postgraduate levels. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology as well business qualifications in Management, Leadership and HRM. Nick’s research interests include organisational change, resilience and emerging leadership practices, he is accredited in numerous leadership diagnostics and coaching instruments that support the work he does with individuals and organisations.

Nick is committed to creating learning environments that help individuals and groups to come alive. It is his firm belief that the leadership and coaching programs he creates are capable of animating the life-affirming qualities that reside in all of us. It is through meeting the challenges of life and work that we can discover who we truly are and what we are capable of becoming.
