Over the years, we have witnessed a general misunderstanding of the benefits of building resilience.  This misunderstanding describes resilience as avoiding difficulties or armouring ourselves against challenges.  Resilience more than just this.  It is the capacity to remain flexible in thought, behaviour and emotions when under stress or adversity.  When flexibility wanes, we experience a variety of outcomes:

  • Difficulty in decision making
  • Loss of self-confidence
  • Less optimistic perspective
  • Difficulty in counter-balancing emotions
  • Difficulty in managing emotions
  • Less desire for social interaction, and many more.

Our workshops provide participants with the knowledge and opportunity to practice key resilience and leadership capacities.

LRG is invested in building the capability, leadership and resilience of individuals and groups.  Our model incorporates individual coaching in order to leverage strengths and maximise opportunities for positive change.
